5. Quotes, Orders, and Custom Systems

  • Request for Quote (RFQ): The Site functions as an inquiry platform. Submitting a form through the Site does not constitute a binding contract. All orders are subject to a formal written quote provided by a Spotco representative.
  • Product Availability: All machinery, electrodes, and parts are subject to availability. Spotco reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
  • Payment Terms: Payment must be received or credit terms must be established prior to the shipment of any equipment or parts. For custom-built automated systems or reconditioned machinery, a deposit or progress payments may be required as specified in your individual quote.
  • Shipping and Risk of Loss: Shipping dates provided in quotes are estimates. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point).


6. Service and Equipment Disclaimers

  • Technical Descriptions: While we strive for accuracy, Spotco does not warrant that product descriptions or technical specifications are entirely error-free. Machinery and parts may vary slightly from photos based on manufacturer updates or custom configurations.
  • No Professional Liability: The technical information provided on this Site is for educational purposes. Proper safety protocols and professional engineering oversight must be utilized when operating industrial welding equipment.
  • Reconditioned Equipment: Reconditioned machinery is sold with specific limited warranties as outlined in the formal quote, distinct from the manufacturer warranties provided with new equipment.

Spotco shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, or from the performance of products purchased from us, beyond the purchase price of the items.
