Micro Welding Heads

The BH series weld heads are slim line, at only 45mm. The force can be varied between 0·5N and 180N by adjustment and spring change.

The moving parts of the head are balanced on light leaf springs, so moving inertia is minimal. The electrode arm weight is balanced separately, so true weld force only is applied.

	Series heads and parallel heads available for your specific needs.
	Heads can be either air or foot pedal operated.

Your samples are welcome to be welded in our lab and returned to you for evaluation.

The PW weld heads can be operated either by foot pedal or by an air cylinder. They will deliver forces from 0,5daN up 20daN and are of a low inertia design, all parts except the electrode assembly being isolated from the air cylinder.

The electrode assembly is held in its mechanically isolated position by two high tensile leaf springs and adjustment to counteract the weight of the weld head is incorporated in the design.

Three force springs are provided with the BH Series Weld Heads, allowing the user to select weld forces of between 0,5N and 180N
