C-Type Guns: ‘P’ Series

 

The C-Type manual guns accept transformers from 32kVA upwards. The choice of air cylinders gives 40mm weld stroke as standard, but allows up to 100mm of retract or ‘high lift’, permitting access even to the most complex component. Very high quality welding can be provided on materials of up to 3 or 4mm thick.

The cylinder mounting system is unique, ensuring perfect alignment at all times and maximizing cylinder life.

Variable electrode arm gaps can be provided and the fixed arm is adjustable, allowing precise setting of tip alignment.
